The EAP is designed to help employees and their family members with a wide range of personal problems. Services include assessment, short-term counseling and referral services for individuals; couples; children and families; and those with caregiving responsibilities for older relatives. The service is completely confidential.
EAP contracts generally provide three sessions at the employers' expense. Employees may be self referred or referred by the employer.
