Help Me Grow provides home visitation and service coordination for expectant parents or families with children ages birth to 3 who may be at risk for a developmental delay or disability or are already identified as having a disability or delay.
The program serves families throughout Franklin County. Northwest Counseling Services has a special program targeting Hispanic/Latino families.
